  This was an all-around good seafood restaurant that serves fresh seafood.  We had a variety of dishes such as lobster fried with ginger/green onion; Dungeness crab fried with ginger/green onion; eel in black bean sauce; fried shrimp w/spicy seasoning; and shrimp in egg white and soft tofu.  Everything was delicious and came out pretty promptly.  The service was good and we didn't have any issues during our meal.
  
  Prices are pretty reasonable and portions are good. I'd definitely come back here to eat.

  Getting dim sum at Fancy has become somewhat of a Sunday ritual for me recently. I find the food quality quite good and consistent.
  
  There is a special dim sum price with orders before 11:30am and between 1:30pm - 4pm, where small, medium and large size items are all a set price, making it a pretty good deal. My favourites are the deep fried taro dumplings, steamed shrimp dumplings,  steamed rice roll with beef and the pork congee.
  
  There is also a lunch special menu for different rice and noodle dishes offered between 11:30am - 1:30pm. It's not a bad idea to end off a meal with a delicious plate of lobster noodles to share!

  We celebrated a birthday here recently and reserved the private area for the event.
  
  Upon arriving, there were ample parking spots in the plaza parking which made us on time for our reservation.
  
  The restaurant was spacious and the tables were not too closely together which made it easier for anyone to maneuver through. As this was a family celebration, a lot of reunions were had and a lot of up and downs from the seats so thumbs up for this.
  
  The service was pretty good, the servers were polite and patient with us, especially with a large group of 3 full tables and smaller kids.
  
  All the dishes were delicious and didn't take too long to be served from one dish following the other.

  This place has maintained its consistency and quality throughout the number of times I've been. Hence, I've been here a handful of times.
  
  Their prices are quite good for their quality. Its not overwhelmingly good but good enough to make your tummy satisfied. Early dim sum on weekdays/weekends are a bonus because the price is by far the lowest. The disadvantage to that is there will be a lineup. However, you can call in ahead of time and tell them your ETA and they'll place you in sequence.
  
  Parking here can be a pain. Consider yourself lucky if you find a parking spot right away during prime hours. Otherwise, good luck circling around to look for one.
  
  If you want to come here for dinner, make sure to secure a reservation in advance. For the nights I've been, they always had a sign on the door saying "Fully booked".
  
  Aside from that, I'd recommend giving this place a try to taste the decent quality of Chinese food.

  Fancy was one of my go to dim sum restaurants when I was younger and recently I came here again. I came on at Friday morning and it was not as packed as I remembered and we were quickly seated for our table of 5. The great thing about Fancy is that before 11:30 all the dimsum is priced at a small, (around $3.5)  excluding the special menu items making it quite affordable. We got around 10 dishes for the 5 of us and it totalled to $50 including tax and tip
  
  My favourite dim sums have to be the egg tarts and the fried triangles with meat inside (not sure what they are called ) those two would be a 5/5 for me. Everything else for me is about average
  
  The great thing about here is the service. All the food was brought and taken away quickly once it was empty. On top of that, there are waiters who bring around random food items that you can choose to take from the tray if you like which is quite unique. Overall I would come here again for standard dim sum at a good price !
